Job summary

Qualifications

- 10+ years of IT experience with Java stack.
- Experience in architecting Java solutions and system integration.
- Proven ability to mentor juniors and lead design reviews.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and testing methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Provide design leadership in large Java projects with integration needs.
- Define best practices and coding standards with architects.
- Develop high-level design requirements and map to specifications.
- Create technical documentation: data flow, architecture, specs.
- Mentor junior developers and review peer work.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends.
