Job summary

Synkriya Tech in Pittsburgh, PA seeks a Senior Java Architect with 10+ years of hands-on Java development and enterprise architecture experience to design and enhance scalable banking/credit card applications.

You will design enterprise-grade systems, lead backend service development with Spring Boot, and leverage MongoDB and Flowable BPM to implement complex workflows. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and architecture reviews are core parts of the role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Java development and architecture experience.
• Strong Java and Spring Boot expertise.
• Credit Card / Banking domain experience – Mandatory.
• Experience with MongoDB for data modeling and queries.
• Experience with Flowable BPM / enterprise BPM platforms.
• Strong understanding of complex Java codebases and enterprise architecture.

• Work with MongoDB for data modeling, persistence, querying, and performance optimization.
• Implement and maintain business process workflows using Flowable BPM.
• Analyze complex Java codebases and understand solution- and enterprise-level architecture.
• Participate in architecture/design reviews, code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, BAs, and business stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills:
