Pi Square Technologies seeks an experienced Java Apigee Developer to design, develop, and implement API solutions using Apigee Edge/X. The role focuses on building scalable RESTful APIs and microservices with a strong emphasis on security and governance.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in Java/J2EE, hands-on Apigee experience, and cloud integration across GCP/AWS/Azure. You will work with DevOps practices, contribute to architecture discussions, and support production environments.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development.
• Hands-on experience with Google Apigee Edge/X.
• Expertise in RESTful APIs, Web Services, JSON, XML, and Microservices.
• Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and API Gateway technologies.
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, SSL/TLS, and API security frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, Git, Jenkins, Maven, and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain APIs using Apigee Edge/Apigee X.
• Build scalable RESTful APIs and microservices using Java/J2EE.
• Implement API security policies including OAuth 2.0, JWT, API Keys, and SAML.
• Configure and manage API proxies, products, developer portals, and API analytics.
• Integrate APIs with backend systems, cloud platforms, and third-party applications.
• Develop and optimize API performance, monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting processes.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver API-driven solutions.
• Ensure API governance, security compliance, and best practices across enterprise applications.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and production support activities.
