Job summary

Responsibilities

• Analyze and collaborate on technical solutions and strategies with the team and provide the optimum solution for our clients.
• Own success - take responsibility for successful delivery of the solutions; mentor other developers and organize reviews to ensure deliverables.
• Explore existing application systems to determine areas of complexity and potential risks to implementation.
• Communicate continually with the client and project teams; clarify client needs and explain progress.
• Contribute to continual improvement by suggesting architecture/process and new technologies.
• Follow client engineering standards across all modules; perform code and design reviews.
• Operate with limited supervision.
