Qualifications

8+ years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role.
Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.
Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
Expert level knowledge in JAVA/J2EE, Spring Boot and Spring Framework stack.
Experience in Java, multithreading, OO design and development.
Deep understanding of Microservices patterns; Spring Boot microservices preferred.
UI programming experience in Angular.
Kafka knowledge is desirable.
Python development is desirable.
SQL/Oracle and NoSQL DB knowledge.
Experience with Git/JIRA; OpenShift & Docker knowledge is beneficial.
Cloud knowledge including AWS and S3 is a plus.
LLM and AI-enabled development tools knowledge is a plus.
Agile/Scrum experience is required.
Strong systems analysis, architecture fundamentals and SDLC experience.
Ability to contribute to high- and low-level system design.
Strong communication with business and stakeholders.
Global team collaboration and client interaction experience.
Mentoring and review leadership for development teams.
