Job summary

Resolution Technologies, Inc. in Plano, Texas, is seeking a Senior Java & AI Engineer to design server-side components, develop and test scalable software, and own AI tooling within an agile environment.

You will lead AI development environments, build agents, prompts, and workflows to maximize velocity, quality, and consistency while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver robust Java-based applications using Spring, Hibernate, and modern front-end tech.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of professional Java web application development.
• Deep interest and hands-on experience with AI coding tools and LLM-based systems.
• Experience with agents, prompts, MCP/tools, or similar ecosystems.
• Comfortable with low-level details (tokens, context windows, latency, tool orchestration).
• Experience with server-side development using Hibernate & Spring and REST services.
• Experience with Angular, HTML5, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, Spring MVC; testing with JUnit, Cucumber, Selenium/Playwright.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and integrating generative AI into the lifecycle.
• Knowledge of Scrum, CI/CD, Maven/Jenkins; Tomcat/JBoss; AWS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop quality, well-documented technical solutions that meet requirements and standards.
• Own and improve the AI development environment including coding agents, tools, workflows, and infrastructure.
• Develop agents, prompts, and workflows; configure integrations and toolchains.
• Create and maintain tests (unit/integration/e2e) per standards; troubleshoot and enhance existing apps.
• Collaborate with Scrum Team and stakeholders to drive architecture decisions and velocity.
