Job summary

Realtek Consulting LLC is seeking a Senior Jaspersoft Report Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise reporting solutions using Jaspersoft Studio/JasperReports. Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience with Jaspersoft Studio/JasperReports.
• Proficient in report design, subreports, crosstabs, and complex layouts.
• Strong SQL development and performance tuning.
• Experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST, and microservices.
• Experience integrating reporting with enterprise data and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of RBAC, security, and governance.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex reports with Jaspersoft Studio, including layouts and subreports.
• Build high-volume reporting solutions with pagination and memory optimization.
• Create dynamic, parameter-driven reports integrating Kafka, S3, Trino, Snowflake.
• Develop interactive HTML5 visuals using Highcharts, D3.js, and custom JavaScript components.
• Implement role-based access control and data governance standards.
• Integrate JasperReports with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.
• Optimize SQL queries and report performance for large datasets.
• Support testing, deployment, production support, and enhancements.
