Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking a dedicated Janitor to keep commercial spaces clean, organized and disinfected. Responsibilities include floor care, trash handling, restroom upkeep, and general sanitation across offices and common areas. Must lift up to 50 pounds and follow safety protocols.

Work is performed on-site with a focus on reliability and timely task completion, supporting a safe and clean work environment for clients and colleagues in a fast-paced building services setting.

Responsibilities

• Clean the interior of buildings, including floors, carpets, and windows.
• Vacuum, sweep and mop floors across offices, hallways, lobbies, and restrooms.
• Disinfect commonly touched surfaces and office equipment.
• Clean and maintain restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Wash windows and mirrors; empty trash and recycling.
• Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions and maintain cleaning charts.
