Job summary
Programmers.io is seeking a Senior Application Engineer to design, develop, and enhance enterprise applications for sourcing, procurement, and supply chain operations. This role focuses on building the unified sourcing platform on Ivalua and driving automation across pricing, negotiation, procurement, and PO processes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years building microservices, REST APIs, and GraphQL services.
- Experience with Ivalua.
- Strong MySQL experience in enterprise apps.
- Experience with complex system integrations and transactional workflows.
- Experience with supply chain, sourcing, procurement, and related automation.
- Fluent English with strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead application architecture with product managers, stakeholders, and engineering teams.
- Build and enhance Ivalua-based sourcing capabilities including IPL/Pricemaster automation.
- Implement ship-to rerouting, consignment, and drop-ship workflow automation.
- Develop reliable, secure, high-performing systems with monitoring and alerting.
- Design integrations between sourcing, procurement, supply chain, and ERP systems.
- Conduct design and code reviews for scalability and maintainability.
- Drive automation initiatives to improve PO automation rates.
