Qualifications

• ABET civil engineering degree with 8+ years in traffic/ITS engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience with MDOT, counties, municipalities in Michigan is valued.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills are required.

Responsabilités

• Lead traffic engineering, ITS, and signal projects for MDOT and public-sector clients.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and client communications.
• Develop ITS planning/design, system deployment, and operations strategies.
• Provide construction-phase support, testing, and system integration.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to proposals and pursuits.
