Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Projects in Florida seeks an experienced ITS Superintendent to lead ITS construction, maintenance, and operations on nationwide FDOT roadway projects. You will manage field personnel, subcontractors, schedules, safety, quality, and coordination with FDOT engineers and stakeholders.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of ITS, traffic signal, or related infra projects.
• Supervisory or superintendent experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FDOT ITS systems and standards.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management software.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred with sponsorship available.
• Ability to work outdoors year-round and operate aerial equipment.

Mansioni

• Lead ITS field crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Oversee day-to-day ITS construction and maintenance on FDOT projects.
• Ensure compliance with FDOT standards, specs, and safety policies.
• Coordinate schedules, manpower, equipment, materials, and logistics.
• Oversee installation, testing, and maintenance of ITS infrastructure.
• Review plans, permits, and maintenance requirements; ensure quality workmanship.
