Ferrara is seeking a Sr. Manager, IT Business Partner for Planning & Idea to Launch in Chicago.
This senior, business-facing IT leader partners with Planning and Idea to Launch leaders to shape, deliver, and optimize technology-enabled capabilities, aligning IT with business strategy. The role owns demand portfolio and delivery outcomes for enterprise planning and product development functions, with a focus on driving transformation and reliable execution of critical platforms in a fast-paced
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or Supply Chain.
- 7+ years of progressive IT experience in business-facing roles.
- Experience supporting Planning and/or Procurement functions.
- Strong background in process improvement and stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary IT partner for Planning and Idea to Launch leadership.
- Shape the business technology strategy for Planning and Idea to Launch.
- Identify opportunities to improve planning accuracy and speed-to-market.
- Own the IT demand and project portfolio.
- Ensure delivery discipline across Agile and waterfall.
- Oversee delivery and sustainment of planning platforms.
- Drive adoption of new processes and systems.
