Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Sr IT Associate Director Web Capability Lead to own the web platform strategy, engaging brand teams and IT partners to deliver compliant, scalable solutions. You will guide AI/ML‑driven web production and advanced governance across a matrixed team of engineers and delivery managers.

Leadership in a regulated pharma context, strong English communication, and a track record of cross‑functional delivery are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; 5–10 years IT/business experience preferred.
• Experience in pharma/biotech with MLR review.
• Leadership of matrixed IT teams and cross‑functional delivery.
• Proven capability leadership across platforms and business areas.
• Experience applying AI/ML to content workflows and automation.
• Strong communication in English and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with brand teams, creative agencies, and IT partners across the M&S IT organization.
• Lead the web capability roadmap, governance and prioritisation of initiatives across multiple business areas.
• Lead the adoption of AI/ML‑driven capabilities for automated website production and design‑to‑code workflows.
• Propose and drive new capabilities while embedding compliance in templates and auto‑validation.
• Plan resources and priorities to deliver the web capability roadmap in a matrixed environment.
