Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 8 years of job-related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads complex, cross-functional initiatives across contract governance, vendor management, labor programs, and financial oversight.
• Serves as a central coordination point across OCIO, sourcing, finance, architecture, delivery teams, and external partners.
• Establishes and maintains operating cadence with milestones, risks, decisions, and action items for multiple workstreams.
• Develops strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners for effective collaboration.
• Monitors program performance, including financials and budgets, and provides data-driven insights into variances and opportunities.
• Communicates program status and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels with executive-ready updates.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Master's degree in related discipline

PMP - Project Management Professional certification
