What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Lead IT security initiatives and manage SOC 2 compliance, ensuring proactive vulnerability management

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Minimum of 4 years in IT administration within startup or SaaS environments with expertise in macOS management
• Proficient in HRIS systems such as Rippling for device inventory and identity management
• Experience with Salesforce, including troubleshooting and user permissions
• Mastery of Google Workspace, Jira Service Management, Slack, and Dialpad
• Proven experience with SOC 2 audits or similar compliance frameworks

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Apple Certified Support Professional or other Apple-related certifications
• CISA, CISM, and CRISC certifications
• Experience with endpoint security tools in an enterprise environment
• Familiarity with automation tools for device management
• Background supporting fintech, SaaS, or highly regulated industries
