Job summary

Family Entertainment Group in Itasca, IL is seeking a Lead IT Systems & Security Engineer to own the design, implementation, and security of our core IT infrastructure across 100+ locations. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in systems administration and/or network engineering with security responsibility.
• Advanced experience with Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
• Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V) including clustering and performance tuning.
• Strong networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, VLANs, routing, firewalls, VPNs).
• Proven track record leading or contributing to a cybersecurity program.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain corporate infrastructure across 100+ locations.
• Own and manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Architect and manage virtualized environments (VMware/Hyper-V) and capacity planning.
• Lead network design across multi-site operations and security controls.
• Oversee cybersecurity program including endpoint protection, patching, and incident response.
• Develop backup, HA, and disaster recovery strategies and test failovers.
• Mentor staff and coordinate with IT leadership on roadmaps and deployments.
• Support PCI DSS compliance and field-site security requirements.
