Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Systems Integrator to support Army enterprise IT systems at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA. The role focuses on maintaining uninterrupted operations, applying troubleshooting, patching, and migration tasks within a secure environment to ensure mission readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience or Master's degree with relevant experience.
• Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance.
• Current DoD 8570 (8140) IAT Level II certification or higher (e.g., Security+ CE).
• Current Microsoft Server 2019+ Administrator certification or higher, or ability to obtain.
• Current Microsoft Azure or Microsoft 365 certification, or ability to obtain.
• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting Windows Server 2019+.
• Experience using Microsoft Terminal Services and system recovery tools.
• Experience with Active Directory, ACAS, Azure, DHCP, DNS, HBSS, Hyper-V, MECM, SharePoint, SMTP; familiar with ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Maintain uninterrupted system operations by installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing hardware and software components.
• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues involving apps, OS, and networking.
• Administer desktop and server systems connected to local and wide area networks, including accounts, security, and OS installations.
• Administer Army mobility devices, including phones and tablets.
• Administer and integrate Active Directory services with new technologies and migrations.
• Support network transitions and migrations, including addressing schemes and MS domains.
• Contribute to planning, design, development, testing, and integration of hardware and software.
• Perform analytical activities related to system design and implementation.
