Job summary

SAIC is seeking an IT Systems Integration Analyst to join the Land Border Integration team in Sterling, VA. The role involves keeping the infrastructure running to support Customs and Border Protection efforts, with 2 days per week on-site in Sterling, VA.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience, U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain DHS Public Trust clearance, and strong experience across Windows/Linux, cloud services, and DevOps tools including Jenkins, Git,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a DHS Public Trust clearance.
• Extensive Windows and Linux experience.
• Experience with AWS or Azure is highly desirable.
• Experience with DevOps tools Jenkins, Git, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Tier 3 IT Systems support across Windows, Linux, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, Certificate Services, GPOs, ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 3 IT Systems support for diverse technologies.
• Assist in testing, applying, and maintaining server configurations and security patches.
• Review and analyze system logs for optimization opportunities.
• Create SOPs to automate repetitive tasks.
• Collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment.
