Job summary

MAGNUS Management Group is seeking a senior cybersecurity architect to lead RMF lifecycle efforts for DoD networks at Aberdeen Proving Ground. You will establish ATOs, support assessments, oversee IAVM, and guide secure baselines across Windows, Linux, and Apple environments.

You'll work with a contract team to ensure quality and timely financial deliverables while coordinating with the Contracting Officer and COR. Strong writing and DoD policy knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Active CISSP certification and DoD RMF experience.
• Extensive RMF lifecycle reporting experience.
• Experience managing networks across Windows, Linux, and Apple.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Experience with DoD RMF policies and NIST SP 800-53/800-37.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full DoD RMF lifecycle for multiple DoD networks.
• Establish and maintain ATOs; support security assessments.
• Oversee POA&M maintenance and IAVM processes.
• Review security baseline changes for impact on security and interoperability.
• Support configuration management and incident analysis.
• Provide system-wide architecture support for baselines and migrations.
• Lead RMF work for Secret and below, with ICD 503 guidance during surge periods.
• Manage contract team and ensure monthly financial deliverables and QC compliance.
• Be available 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday.
