Job summary
Prattwhitney is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to support both Windows and RedHat Enterprise Linux environments within the Digital Technology organization. Responsibilities include deploying, configuring, and maintaining server systems, as well as troubleshooting technical issues.
The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree, U.S. citizenship, and an active Secret security clearance. Benefits include insurance coverage, 401(k) match, and flexible work schedules.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field.
- U.S. citizenship and active Secret security clearance required.
- Experience with installation, configuration, and administration of Windows and Linux operating systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide IT systems administration in a heterogeneous Microsoft Windows and RedHat Enterprise Linux environment.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows Server and Linux systems.
- Use troubleshooting techniques to resolve technical problems.
