Catalyst Family Inc. is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to serve as the premier technical authority for all IT infrastructure, including on‑prem and cloud systems, devices, databases, and third‑party software.

The role ensures compliance with cybersecurity standards through audits and improvements, in collaboration with the Cyber Security Consultant. The position requires 8–10 years of experience or a BA with equivalent experience, and will manage AD, InTune, Defender, Hyper‑V, Azure,

Qualifications

• BA Degree and/or 8-10 years’ experience as a Systems Administrator.
• Willingness to address Cyber Security IT emergencies 24x7.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure including operations, support, procurement, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT infrastructure and ensure cybersecurity compliance.
• Manage Active Directory on-prem and in the cloud.
• Administer Microsoft InTune, AutoPilot, Defender and endpoints.
• Manage Hyper-V servers and Azure cloud resources.
• Oversee backups and data protection with Rubrik.
• Provide guidance on IT policies and liaise with leadership.
