Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s in information technology or related field preferred; equivalent education and experience will be considered.
• Two to four years of IT support experience, including second-level/escalated support.
• Experience in multi-location or retail environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-level support for store and office technology, including desktops, POS applications, payment devices, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated hardware, software, application, and connectivity issues beyond first-level Help Desk.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors to expedite complex issues.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions, maintain ticketing records, and update knowledge-base.
• Communicate status and follow-ups clearly with store managers and stakeholders.
