Job summary

Tire Discounters is seeking a Tire Technician to replace, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles. The role provides hands-on training to build skills for more advanced positions within our family-owned automotive service network.

Technicians are paid weekly (base pay, overtime, and potential store bonuses) and participate in a comprehensive training program. This position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and customer service in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Position Overview

As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands‑on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

Compensation

Pay: $16.00 + per hour effective rate

Our Tire Technicians are paid weekly, including base pay, overtime, and tire spiffs. They are also eligible to participate in the monthly store bonus.
