Rocket Lab in Middle River, MD is seeking a Senior IT Support Analyst I to provide on-site IT services across staff, servers, and network infrastructure. You will work with IT Client Services Lead and other teams, owning on-site IT operations and supporting Launch Engineers during critical operations.
The role offers autonomy with a strong team behind you; requires 5+ years in IT support, ITIL familiarity, and a broad set of technical skills including Windows/Linux, AD, networking, scripting.

As a Senior IT Support Analyst I based onsite at Rocket Lab’s Middle River, MD office , you will work closely with the IT Client Services Lead, and multiple IT teams, including Infrastructure and Launch, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be the senior on-site support person for the staff at this location . You will support on-site IT infrastructure – clients, servers and network – as well as for the staff and Launch Engineers/Technicians.This position will suit someone who is seeking autonomy and ownership over their own facility, while having the support of the wider IT team to collaborate on technical solutions.A natural curiosity, strong engineering judgement and a drive to continuously learn are essential.This is an opportunity to keep critical systems running for real space technology programs and contribute to missions that are literally reaching for the stars.
This position may require prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking, computer work, and occasional exposure to moderate levels of noise, dust, and fumes in production areas.
Level and base salary will be determined on a case-by‑case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.

Base Pay Range (MD Only)
$82,400 — $103,000 USD
