Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking an AD IT Lead Business Consultant to join the Data-Driven Customer Insights team in Ridgefield, CT. You will analyze business needs, influence scope, and craft technology-enabled solutions for the US Human Pharma ecosystem, potentially leading medium-sized IT teams and programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree; 5–10 years IT and business experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of business processes and ability to apply technology solutions.
• Experience managing consultant resources and external personnel in a fast-paced project environment.
• Experience prioritizing and managing business priorities across multiple areas.
• Proven project management capability delivering large projects across multiple domains.
• Ability to develop and influence architecture in a functional domain.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills; knowledge of lifecycle phases.
• Familiarity with prototyping tools, current technologies, cloud services (IAAS/PAAS).
• Knowledge of business processes in Marketing/Sales or R&D; ITIL and Agile experience.
