Job summary

Huron Consulting Group seeks a Director / Senior Director to lead and scale its IT M&A Integration capability across healthcare and related regulated industries. This hands-on leader will own end-to-end IT integration execution for complex mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, and integrations, partnering with client CIOs/CTOs and practice leaders.

They will guide digital transformation initiatives, mentor delivery teams, and ensure outcomes, quality and value realization across both M&A

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT integration across mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, and separations, from due diligence to value realization.
• Serve as the primary IT integration lead on complex transactions, balancing speed, risk and disciplined execution.
• Provide CIO/CTO‑level advisory support while remaining engaged in delivery decisions.
