Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
- 5+ years designing, coding, testing and implementing technical storage solutions.
- Experience with enterprise storage, disaster recovery, and cyber recovery practices.
- Strong problem solving and root-cause analysis skills.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, test, implement, and automate IT storage solutions.
- Provide production monitoring and storage capacity management support.
- Assist in data backup, recovery management, and DR/cyber recovery testing.
- Collaborate on storage architecture design to align with enterprise goals.
- Gather requirements with IT, product, analytics, and business teams.
- Monitor progress against schedules and report issues to leadership.
- Document technical processes and procedures.
- Mentor associate and intermediate engineers.
- Perform technical analysis to support decision making.
