Highmark Health seeks a technical storage engineer to join a team responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining storage solutions across the IT ecosystem. You will work with engineering, analytics, and business teams to provide scalable, secure, and reliable storage platforms.

The role requires extensive experience in storage technologies, backup and disaster recovery planning, and collaboration across IT to meet enterprise objectives. Remote-based travel to sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting technical storage solutions.

Responsabilités

• Analyze, design, test, implement, and automate storage solutions.
• Provide production monitoring, capacity management, and ecosystem support.
• Assist in data backup and disaster recovery testing and activities.
• Collaborate on storage architectures to align with enterprise goals.
• Mentor associates and intermediate engineers as needed.
