Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of system development lifecycle and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT SOX Compliance Program including ITGCs and automated controls.
• Coordinate with external auditor on internal controls and audit findings.
• Conduct risk assessments and lead SOX scoping for new systems.
