Job summary

Sony Pictures Entertainment, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, IT Finance Compliance to lead the IT SOX program and strengthen SPE's control environment.

You will collaborate with IT and business leaders to integrate compliance into major technology initiatives and transformations. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in IT compliance/risk management, deep SOX/COSO expertise, and a track record of scalable governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT, Accounting or related field.
• CISA certification is required; CPA/CIA/CISSP/CRISC desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead SPE’s IT SOX compliance program and govern ITGC and CLC controls.
• Oversee IT SOX readiness for major implementations and transformation initiatives.
• Embed SOX compliance across system development lifecycle.
• Coordinate internal and external IT SOX audits and drive issue resolution.
• Monitor regulatory developments to evolve SPE’s IT governance.
