Job summary

Sony Pictures Entertainment seeks a Senior Manager, IT Finance Compliance to lead the IT SOX program and strengthen the control environment across SPE's technology landscape. You will drive readiness for major implementations, partner with IT and business leaders, and embed compliance across the system development lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in IT compliance/risk, deep SOX/COSO/ITGC expertise, and a CISA (CPA/CIA/CISSP/CRISC desirable).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Accounting, or related field.
• CISA required; additional certifications such as CPA, CIA, CISSP, CRISC highly desirable.
• 8+ years in IT compliance, IT audit, or IT risk management with SOX leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead SPE’s IT SOX program, governance of ITGCs and control framework.
• Partner with IT and business leaders to embed SOX in major implementations and transformations.
• Drive readiness, testing, and audits; deliver training on IT SOX requirements.
