Job summary

Ascendiun seeks a Sourcing Specialist Consultant to support IT procurement across the Ascendiun Family of Companies. You will apply business acumen and negotiation expertise to engage suppliers and internal stakeholders, shaping contracting and technology strategies.

The role demands strong written and verbal communication, the ability to manage a high-volume sourcing portfolio, and deliver executive-ready recommendations in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, technology procurement, and complex contract negotiations.
• Five+ years negotiating technology agreements including SaaS, cloud, data services, cybersecurity, managed services, outsourcing, professional services, telecom, healthcare tech.
• Ability to manage a high-volume portfolio, prioritize deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication translating business/technical requirements into sourcing strategies and contract terms.
