IT Solutions and Requirements Project Manager, Senior

The Opportunity:

We're looking for someone like you to help our clients meet their mission by spearheading requirements analysis and collaborating with operational sponsors to identify, document, and address capability gaps.

As a leader on our team, you'll oversee the delivery of the most advanced digital solutions. As you guide your team, you'll partner with clients to Match existing Commercial and Government Off the Shelf (COTS/GOTS) capabilities and emerging technologies to mission needs, with a focus on sensors and Command, Control, Communications, and Computer (C4) systems. You'll move quickly in an exciting and fluid environment to analyze organizational structure, processes, missions, and systems to document current and future operations, capabilities, data, information, standards, services, and systems , while bringing people together to make a tangible difference.

You Have:

• 15+ years of experience working and leading in a team environment for the DoD
• 7+ years of experience translating operational requirements into technical specifications for acquisition professionals, systems developers, and support contractors
• 7+ years of experience developing Department of Defense Architectural Framework (DoDAF) and Unified Architectural Framework (UAF) models, databases, and artifacts
• Experience in C4 and Cyber Program Management
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including MS Project
• Ability to recognize problems and trends, gather, assemble, and analyze facts, draw conclusions, conduct analysis, devise recommended solutions, and package into briefings, papers, or reports suitable for top management use and decision making
• Secret clearance
• Master's degree
• Chief Information Officer Certification

• Experience as a Senior Officer in the U.S. Military
• Experience in CBRN Program management
• Master's degree in Business Administration

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
