A company in the property industry located in Chicago seeks an IT Services Specialist.

Job Description

Manage and maintain IT systems and infrastructure to ensure reliable performance. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users across the organization. Implement and oversee IT service management processes and tools. Collaborate with internal teams to align IT services with business objectives. Monitor and improve IT security measures to protect company data. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related projects and services. Document IT processes and create user guides for internal staff. Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
