Job summary

Wilson Elser, a leading national law firm, seeks a Senior Manager of Application Support to partner with the Director of IT Service Management & Governance. You will lead the team responsible for critical legal software (Intapp, iManage, Box, Litera Create, Logikcull/Reveal, MS 365), oversee incidents, upgrades, and integrations, and drive a cloud-first, secure delivery model.

In this role you will mentor supervisors and engineers, collaborate with Security and Risk, and shape processes for

Qualifications

• Experience supporting or managing core law‑firm software platforms such as iManage and Intapp.
• Experience with hybrid, cloud, and on‑prem enterprise systems.
• Familiar with document automation and low‑code workflow integrations.
• Knowledge of legal data governance and privacy practices.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily application support and incident management for critical legal software; track service availability and metrics.
• Coach and develop supervisors and analysts through servant‑leadership.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders on fixes, releases, and patches.
• Monitor usage, adoption, and performance; recommend improvements.
• Partner with Security, DevOps, and Data Services to support governance and cloud strategy.
• Support onboarding for lateral hires and IT leadership on security best practices.
• Promote ITIL/ITSM best practices across the organization.
