Job summary

Datastream IT in Glendale, CA is seeking an L3 Service Engineer to serve as a senior technical resource, handling advanced support for client environments and acting as a key escalation point.

You will lead complex issue resolution, collaborate with engineers, service coordinators, vendors, and leadership, and mentor others while advancing standards and operational excellence within our MSP.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT support, systems administration, senior troubleshooting, and leadership.
• Experience as a senior escalation resource for complex issues and incidents.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, and related tech.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level technical support to client users and environments via multiple channels.
• Lead root-cause analysis and resolution of high-priority issues; mentor L1/L2 engineers.
• Collaborate on projects, maintenance, and ongoing improvements; maintain documentation.
