GLOTECH, Inc. in Orlando, FL, seeks a Security Engineer to design, install, administer, and optimize the company’s servers, storage infrastructure, and related components to ensure high performance and robust security for key business applications.

You will lead a 1000‑server environment, oversee Hyper‑V and VMware, participate in disaster recovery planning, and mentor team members while collaborating with IT to meet SLAs and capacity needs.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience with Hardware & networking.
• Experience with Windows Server, AD, and IT security best practices.
• Experience with System Center suite and virtualization tech.
• Strong leadership and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple complex projects.

Responsabilités

• Provide senior level resolution to internal client issues and lead changes.
• Maintain SCOR/SCOM infrastructure and expand SCCM environments.
• Monitor servers and applications to exceed SLAs and plan capacity.
• Perform admin duties across web, app, database servers and storage.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and assist in disaster recovery planning.
• Guide administrators and collaborate with IT teams on tech evaluations.
• Maintain security practices across operating systems and virtualization.
