Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Inc. is seeking a Senior IT Security Engineer to champion security across global infrastructure. The role requires interfacing with senior leadership and the CIO to present risk postures, metrics, and SLA compliance.

You will lead vulnerability management, asset lifecycle refresh, and security reviews within the SRB and Threat Council. Hybrid work (3 days in office, 2 days WFH) with base in Secaucus, NJ or Schaumburg, IL.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in IT security program implementation and support.
• Experience in threat and vulnerability management; incident response; application security.

Responsibilities

• Develop IT security strategy and risk management plans.
• Advise on security tools such as vulnerability scanning, SIEM, DLP.
• Review IT Security standards and procedures; update as needed.
• Lead security in projects and acquisitions; SRB representation.
• Ensure SLAs and security controls are maintained; collaborate with architecture.
