Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager.
• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• CSM/PSM/SSM or equivalent agile certifications.
• Leadership in guiding and mentoring Agile teams.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or Workfront.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile teams in Scrum ceremonies and backlogs.
• Remove impediments and shield the team from distractions.
• Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Monitor metrics (velocity, burn-down) and drive process improvements.
• Manage some project management activities including reporting.
