Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking an IT Audit, Cybersecurity & Risk Senior Manager to lead risk advisory engagements for clients across industries. You will work with senior executives to assess IT controls, cybersecurity posture, and governance frameworks.

This role offers leadership in designing audit programs, delivering reports, and mentoring staff while expanding client relationships and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• CISA, CISSP, CISM, CIA, or CPA certifications required.
• 8+ years of IT audit or cybersecurity experience.
• Experience as a client-serving professional for a consulting firm is desirable.
• Strong analytical, technical and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT audit, cybersecurity and risk engagements with client executives.
• Develop audit programs and perform IT controls testing (ITGC, application controls, cybersecurity).
• Assess IT governance, operations, continuity, and third-party risk.
• Deliver executive summaries and reports to clients.
• Mentor and develop team members; contribute to business development.
