Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking an IT Audit, Cybersecurity & Risk Senior Consultant (SOC focus) to join its Risk Advisory practice. The role emphasizes assessing IT risks, governance, and cybersecurity controls for clients across industries.

You will work with executives to identify gaps, develop audit programs, and deliver executive summaries while growing technical expertise and client relationships within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year degree and 3+ years of experience in IT risk, cybersecurity or IT audit.
• Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, CIA or CPA are preferred.
• Experience with control testing, SOC reporting and IT audit or cybersecurity recommended.

Responsibilities

• Work with client executives to identify financial and operational risks in business systems and ensure technology risks are managed.
• Develop knowledge of clients' businesses and industries to advise on controls and process improvements.
• Assist in drafting executive summaries and reports per internal audit methodologies.
• Support growth and development of team members and foster client relationships.
