You will lead incident response, perform RCA, implement monitoring/observability, automate infrastructure with Terraform and Ansible, and collaborate with field teams to align IT reliability with project timelines and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/SE or related field.
• 5+ years in IT Infrastructure, site reliability or DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Designs and implements high-availability IT systems for field and office environments.
• Leads incident response and root cause analysis for IT outages affecting operations.
• Develops and maintains monitoring and observability tools to ensure uptime and performance.
• Automates infrastructure provisioning and recovery using IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible).
• Collaborates with construction, engineering, and field teams to align IT reliability with project timelines.
