  Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  Ability to mentor offshore teams and act as the U.S.-based point of contact for QA

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using TOSCA

  Collaborate with developers and business analysts to translate business requirements into comprehensive test scenarios

  Perform various levels of testing including functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end

  Analyze test results, identify and track defects, and collaborate on resolution

  Provide mentorship and oversight to the offshore QA team to ensure deliverables stay on track

  Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)

  Ensure test coverage aligns to business requirements and maintain detailed test documentation
