Job summary

Qualifications

Requires at least three years of related IT experience and two years of quality assurance or business analysis, including writing test cases and plans.

Responsibilities

Consult with stakeholders to gather, define, write, and execute test cases; configure and implement automated testing tools.
Develop and maintain quality assurance documentation; prepare and present reports on KPI.
Develop and execute test strategies and coordinate automated processes.
Perform multiple types of testing (unit, system, integration, regression, negative) and troubleshoot issues.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure production deployments meet requirements and audit standards.
Conduct exploratory and usability testing to identify bugs before production.
Assist in testing across IT enterprise applications using test automation tools and API testing.
Present test results and defect tracking to stakeholders.
