Job summary

Neovia Logistics Services (NLS) is seeking an experienced Applications Support PMO Lead on a US-Remote basis. Responsibilities include planning, managing, and delivering IT application implementation projects, guiding a global team, aligning with business and technology leadership, and maintaining PMO standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or business or equivalent.
• 7+ years’ experience on site launches or system implementation projects in logistics/supply chain.
• 5+ years managing large cross-functional IT projects with 3+ years in WMS/TMS implementations.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies (6 Sigma, ITIL, PMBOK).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead cross-functional IT projects across continents.
• Provide status reports and escalations to sponsors, IT teams, and leadership.
• Manage project scope, budget, timelines, risks, and resources.
• Coach and mentor project teams, ensuring adherence to PMO standards.
• Develop and communicate project status to stakeholders on a regular basis.
