• Proficient in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder management.
• Ability to handle confidential information and multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, schedules, timelines, and resource assignments.
• Coordinate project requirements, tasks, work assignments, and technical resources.
• Define project objectives and system development requirements aligned with business goals.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout development and implementation.
• Mentor and provide direction to project team members.
• Monitor activities, deliverables, documentation, and adherence to standards.
• Prepare and review technical specifications for information systems.
• Develop and manage testing, implementation, and deployment plans.
• Monitor testing and implementation to ensure successful outcomes.
• Facilitate workflows using Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Conduct regular project status meetings with stakeholders.
• Track scope, timelines, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Communicate status, changes, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
• Ensure projects align with priorities and strategic objectives.
• Perform additional PM and technical responsibilities as needed.
