Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, timelines, and resource assignments.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout project development.
• Mentor and provide technical direction to project team members.
• Monitor activities, deliverables, documentation, and standards.
• Prepare and review technical specifications for information systems.
• Develop and manage testing, implementation, and deployment plans.
• Monitor testing and implementation activities for successful outcomes.
• Facilitate workflows using Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders.
• Track scope, timelines, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Communicate status, changes, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
• Ensure projects align with priorities and strategic objectives.
• Perform additional PM and technical responsibilities as assigned.
