Job summary

The Red Gate Group is seeking an IT Project Manager to support a major Intelligence Community customer's CIO organization, owning project performance end to end while driving acquisition activities through the full lifecycle so requirements become awarded contracts and delivered capability on time. You will own all aspects of project performance: technical, contractual, and administrative.

You will plan, execute, and close projects that meet objectives, manage cost, schedule, scope, and quality,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT project management or acquisition support experience within last 2 years.
• Master's degree or equivalent combination of degree and experience.
• Experience managing all aspects of project performance with supervision of personnel.
• Experience supporting federal acquisition activities including IGCEs and coordination with contracting officers.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Project, SharePoint, Visio).
• Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph, or ability to pass a polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of project performance including technical, contractual, and administrative.
• Plan, execute, and close projects that meet objectives and deliver capability on time.
• Manage constraints of cost, time, scope, and quality and coordinate with stakeholders and vendors.
• Develop project plans, manage resources, and maintain documentation across acquisition lifecycle.
• Advise CORs and program managers throughout the acquisition lifecycle.
