Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Boca Raton, FL to manage multiple projects and deliverables within scope, schedule, and budget. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, track milestones, and provide detailed status and financial updates to leadership.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in project management, strong SDLC and Waterfall reporting experience, and proficiency with MS Project, SharePoint, and the MS Office suite.

• Proven collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in MS Project, SharePoint, and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Track actions between status meetings and drive accountability.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting artifacts in MS Project and SharePoint.
• Identify impacts to timelines and budgets and recommend mitigation strategies.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource availability.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, monitor milestones, and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and scope changes.
• Facilitate recurring project status meetings and stakeholder discussions while providing clear communication on project progress and roadblocks.
• Prepare and deliver project status reports, financial updates, budget tracking, and gap analysis reporting for leadership teams.
• Coordinate activities across business and technical teams to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule and project objectives are achieved.
• Track project actions between status meetings, following up with stakeholders to drive accountability and timely resolution of open items.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and reporting artifacts within Microsoft Project and SharePoint.
• Partner with leadership to identify potential impacts to timelines, budgets, and resources, and recommend mitigation strategies.

• Software Development Lifecycle - enhancements to existing proprietary platforms, including web based tools.
• Experience handling multiple medium sized projects at once
• Ability to create schedules, track changes, schedule meetings/ ad hoc meetings
• Waterfall status reporting experience
• Tracking work between project status meetings – not waiting for status meetings
• Track budget vs. actuals across all projects
• Financial reporting experience to provide gap analysis
• Experience monitoring budget- Manage scope vs. funding alignment (change requests, re-baselining)
