Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience leading IT or technology projects or strategic initiatives.
• PMP certification is required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Define project scope, objectives, and system requirements aligned with business goals.
• Lead end-to-end project execution and provide technical guidance to teams.
• Oversee project staff activities to ensure adherence to standards and deliverables.
• Prepare and review system specifications for development and integration.
• Develop and manage testing and implementation strategies for system delivery.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Facilitate project execution using Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ensure proper documentation of all project phases and deliverables.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to project team members.
